Weather is fine ...Those are the "tabs" that are used to trim the aircraft. If you have the autopilot on, they are set according to the pitch position on the A/P. If you have the autopilot on, they are set according to the pitch position on the A/P. That I know, they seem however set to force the DC3 to descend but this is level flight.
