Haven't Recieved E-Mail After Contacting X-Aviation

This may not be the best place to post this, but I don't know where else to do so...

Is something wrong with the contact form on XA? I filed an inquiry a little over a week ago and got a response very quickly. I filed another one yesterday in order to get a new activation key for my MU-2 so it will run on my new computer, but I haven't gotten a response. You guys are always really fast, so I wanted to check in.  :)

And yes, I have looked in my spam folder. ;)
