FlightSimElectronics Posted April 21, 2011 Report Share Posted April 21, 2011 Hey everyone, been out of the loop for quite a spell but I'm finally able to get back into some sim-time.Has anyone else experienced an audio problem with Xsqauwkbox on linux (Ubuntu)? When I enable XSB, it disables ALL other game sounds. There is not a whole lot out there on this issue, was just wondering if anyone else had been through this? crs Posted April 25, 2011 Report Share Posted April 25, 2011 Hi,It is a known problem with Linux/X-Plane/XSB. For this very reason I am flying (well, flown few times) IVAO. crs Posted May 2, 2011 Report Share Posted May 2, 2011 There is a very nice update regarding issue raised here.Darkeye was recently working on porting audio support in Linux version of XSB plugin and managed to successfully accomplish this task. Changes are being now merged into main XSB plugin.
