Pocket Rocket v1.0.1 Update Released!

Hello All,

This will serve as a formal forum announcement that we have released the version 1.0.1 update for the Pocket Rocket. All customers who have purchased the Pocket Rocket up till now have been sent an e-mail by X-Aviation with complete instructions on how to obtain your update. We have made this a very simple process! For those that purchase the Pocket Rocket from today forward, your purchased download will already be updated to version 1.0.1 for you.

What if I didn't get the update e-mail?

If you did not receive your update e-mail don't fret! X-Aviation has updated our system to allow all customers to update with ease, regardless of whether you received an e-mail for the update! Here's what to do:

1. Login to your X-Aviation account here: https://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/account_history.php

2. Find your original Pocket Rocket download and re-download the file. It will download as the latest version!

The following is a list of additions/fixes included:
 
What's New / Changed:

  • New Beacon Light object
  • New Cabin Light object
  • G1000 Engine/System Page ITT scaling fixed
  • G1000 Fuel Quantity metric units based on load manager setting
  • Checklist state tracker adjusted
  • Flap overspeed settings adjusted
  • ITT tuned
  • Aircraft menu drag handles improved
  • Igniter sensitivity reduced
  • Random failures should be less frequent
  • Negative fuel weights prevented on load manager
  • Added "-" button for custom tail numbers with hyphens in the tail number interface
  • Oxygen refill button added to aircraft menu
  • G5 auto off enabled
  • Auto Transponder swap to ALT mode to mimic G1000
  • Synthetic vision failure with no AHRS overlapping on G5 fixed
  • Yaw Damper improved
  • G1000 Bezel-less popups added (afm/pr/cmd/popup/PFD_NOBEZEL /MFD_NOBEZEL)
  • Aileron flutter on autopilot addressed

I already love this plane....flying few hours. Congratulation and thank you for that fantastic product, you made a great work. There are some features I like very, e.g. MFDs to encapsulate in dedicated windows, e.g. to define your own tail identification etc.

The handling of the plane is simple and the sounds especially listening from external view when the aircraft is flying overor staring the engine …. yesss, it sounds so real. Hope many pilots will love this aircraft to motivate you to continue with your products.

These are commands that can be triggered either using keyboard or joystick commands, which is set through the X-Plane keyboard command/joystick command window, respectively.

Thank you for your kind words & support! I am so glad you are enjoying the Pocket Rocket. I have found myself falling more and more in love with it everyday.
