CDNCAVOK
Hello, Just wondering if it is normal to see yellow caution color when torque is set to 99% and 100%. The TBM manual does not state this, even though it makes sense. At max cruise we can go to 100% torque but the yellow caution almost makes you feel like you should not do it! [X-Plane G1000 guage not identical to TBM as per TBM G1000 manual.] Edited November 4, 2018 by CDNCAVOK
BjornMa
In the manual it does say that the yellow line/caution range is at 100% TRQ, and the maximum limit is at 101% TRQ, so yes, makes sense. The G1000 manual is from a TBM 850, which has a different torque range.
CDNCAVOK
Yes ty I corrected my post after looking at the TBM G1000 manual. Unfortunately we are limited with the standard X-Plane G1000 gauge.
