The problem appears to be isolated to Windows and the way it time stamps files.

Apologies, but creating a new airframe is the only way around this issue.

@Sims Smith it shouldn't be doing that.  But go ahead and just create a new airframe and all should be working.

Creating new didn't work either as it keeps inheriting from last one (the only one and bad one). I had to delete X-Plane/Output/TBM900/state and now it finally reset.

Same thing for me... 1.0.9 update resulted in many broken parts. When I "fixed" them, it shows a cost of about $285,000.00.  So... if I delete ALL of the files in the TBM900/state/ folder, will it reset the persistent maintenance cost to $0.00?  There are 4 files in that folder. Do I delete all of them?

For me the only issue is Main Gen CAS but my electricals were fine in the Maintenance Screen prior to GPU startup, and after start I made sure to go from GPU to Battery before disconnecting the GPU and then selected Main GEN. I am in flight so I  will have to wait on the ground to see if I damaged the GEN somehow. I pushed the Gen reset button but that did not help. So I decided to use the Stby Gen but it is not working.
