cmbaviator
Hi, How to get the charts ? Edited October 29, 2018 by skiselkov
Floater
You need to setup a account with autorouter.aero. paste your login in the "sim card" of garmin. (click on it and you will see a login form). When that is done you should have all charts eurocontrol offers. Floater. PS. If you fly in the US Charts should already be avalible. skiselkov
Thank you @Floater for helping out. @cmbaviator In case you are not sure how to do it, please consult the UIGuide.pdf included in the aircraft's Documentation folder. It explains how to set up European chart access in section 7. Hope this helps.

medfox
I have to recall this thread - are there georeferenced charts? I didn't find any in Europe. Thanks, Bernhard Edited September 19, 2019 by medfox
Goran_M
You'll need to register on auerorouters to get European charts.
medfox
I am already registered and see the charts - the questions was, if there is a function to show the plane position on the charts in the MFD. Cheers, Bernhard.
Goran_M
No. The charts are a PDF download into the display. The default G1000 doesn't allow the flexibility we would like to do what you're asking. The other option is avitab. We've integrated that into the ipad.
