activation locked

I tried to contact xaviation and have not gotten a response all I want to do is fly this plane 

 

3 business days Joe, and provided no multiple emails. Hasn't been that long for you, but seems you have sent multiple emails!

 

Please keep in mind we give our customers full control of activation and de-activation these days, so if you've found yourself in this situation it would be through fault of your own.
