Not able to activate Plane after getting a new rig

Hey guys,

I recently build a new rig and installed X-Plane again and also my beloved 733 from you guys. But I can't activate it anymore?
I get an empty console popup and the following warnings: X-Aviation Licensing "License Expired. Please connect to the Internet"  <-- I am connected to the internet.
Also: "License data invalid"

EDIT:

Now the popup window isn't completely blank anymore. Now it has  Account E-Mail Address: and Password: written on it, like it should! But there is no space below for entering something like an e-mail address or a password. I can just close it that's all.

Can someone give me a hint what to do here?

Thx in advance!

GTX 1080 Ti

EDIT: This didn't work sadly...

Reset your UI Scaling factor to 100%.

We expect Laminar to fix this bug in 11.21 shortly.
