However, about 1000ft after take-off that whole layer disappeared? Is this an X-Plane issue? sundog Posted October 18, 2017 Report Share Posted October 18, 2017 I think so - the only case where SkyMaxx pro would attempt to depict "fog" would be if you're in the middle of a "solid stratiform" cloud layer, which you would only see if you changed SMP's settings and configured a stratus cloud layer to be at ground level.
