I'd also like to put the primary displays onto a separate monitor. I know, I know, I'm showing my FSX/P3D heritage ;-) With the "other" sims, I use an external Virtual CDU package on an android tablet, and put the primary displays on a 4th small HDMI monitor (as pictured below) I have looked at FreeFD and XHSI2 but they don't show the flightplan details on the ND.
