I opened 2 topics requesting help here in the forum and were deleted by you. I'm having the same poblem and since IXEG V1.1 was out I didn't received ANY answer for my problem. I've bought this a year ago, expected this update for months and months and I just can't use it, 'cause it says another account is already registered on my machine! WTF? I also created a topic relating this and got deleted. Ah, Ben, I'm talking about you too. Never gonna buy any product from you guys anymore.
