Hey Cameron,

I was having some issues with the website sending me validation links after creating a ticket for link reset so I went ahead and sent you an email to the Support(at)x-aviation.com.

I know you're probably busy, I sent the email on November 30th. Could you take a look just to make sure you got it?  Ticket #ZR2IA

Feel free to take your time with the request, I just wanted to validate that you got it this time.

I sent in a ticket 7 days ago and still no response.  Not a very good way to treat a frequent customer.

Said it once, say it again, you were seeking support for a product not purchased from us.

Do not go making tons of topics in here about this, Ed.
