LIPZ Scenery install error

Hi,

i bought the LIPZ Scenery but can not install it. I got an error message saying that the file is corrupt or incomplete (See attached pic). So I downloaded the file again, trying to install - same issue.

I also contacted the support via mail on Nov 22nd but no Ticket was created. So I wrote another Mail, now with a created Ticket on Nov 25th. But there is NO response. What is the support doing, saying it takes up to 3 business days to get a response?

I searched the Forums and found out that some Software from x-aviation is not working under OS Sierra - thank you for NOT mention that on your Webpage - and they are working to get that fixed. HOW long does it take to get that fixed? Oh, yes, I know, it is ready when it is ready. Sure, but Sierra is out for more than 2 Month now.

This is frustrating and I will think twice next time before buying.
