There are no fields for email and password. 4k monitor, if that matters. Any ideas? (Attached screenshot) Hope this hasn't been covered. No search I attempted using multiple syntax worked. Thanks. <edit> Just tried the Take Command CRJ-200, same issue. Seems to be common to the BitRock installer. My other purchases that use the InstallBuilder work.
