I have a similar issue when flying from Innsbruck (LOWI) to Salzburg (LOWS). Usually I fly the RTT2J departure with LNAV and VNAV engaged to RTT NDB and then to SBG VOR. When going direct to SBG before reaching RTT, the aircraft initially turns towards the new course of about 050. However, it never intercepts the new course. Instead, the aircraft turns to a heading of 097 and stays on that heading. This happened with AIRAC Cycle 1605 and again with AIRAC cycle 1607. At first I thought this was a one time glitch, but it can be repeated. Other airplanes will not do that. Hopefully someone can look into this.
